I am descended from Nancy Abbe, daughter of Amos B. Abbe and Vesta Turner. I have not been able to find anything about the parents of Amos, other than that their names were John and Jerusha and that John was born in Hopkinton, MA about 1736. Does anyone know if this John Abbe was from the original John Abbe line, most of which seem to have ended up in CT? Thanks.
