The American Pomeroy Historic Genealogical Association
(APHGA) is currently working on an update of Albert A. Pomeroy's The History and Genealogy of the Pomeroy Family, pub. 1912. Our common ancestor, Eltweed Pomeroy, came to America from England about 1630; however, we are including all American Pomeroys in our research project.
That book's Index of Pomeroy related collateral names lists the following Pomeroy/Abbe connections:
