I know your comments are well intented, but I'm not new to the world of "meaningful" genealogical research. Having traveled to numerous countries over the last thirty years...England, Holland, France, Germany, Italy, etc. and Asia on business and vacation travels...and (where applicable) in "meaningful" research of family genealogy, I assure you I'm no novice when it comes to "meaningful" genealogical research. I recently spent two weeks in research at the National Archives in D.C. and have spent many days over the years visiting courthouses, libraries and cemeteries in NY, PA, Virgina, NC, SC, Georgia, Texas, Utah, etc. in my ongoing genealogical research efforts. I am a member of The Holland Society (no easy task), a member of Austin's Original "300" Texas Families (no easy task), numerious societies covering Pre-1650 America (strict membership qualification), etc. Further, I have been recognized by various organizations for my genealogical research. I am looking forward to a detailed review of your DOCUMENTED John Abercrombie/Colvill Abercrombie...father/son lineage claim. Thank you for your prompt and thoughtful response to my previous message on this matter. To be continued...
