I did not have John Harris Abercrombie's first and middle name so thanks I needed it. Jefferson Stoball Abercrombie was John and Emily E. Hyde's son, he was born January 15, 1862. His children are as follows.
Willie French Female Feb. 7, 1888, Piedmont, SC
Jefferson Hyde Male May 17, 1892, Scranton, SC
Nellie Maude Female May 10, 1894, Walhalla, SC
Frances Virginia Female Feb. 1896, Salters, SC
Dorothy Drew Female May 4,1898, Clyde, SC
I pieced this together from a copy of the family bible, one of the daughters lowered everyone age in it by two years so I used the coresponding circuits that Jefferson was in to get years of birth, he was a Methodist Circuit rider. I have a bio. from the Methodist Church on him. I know from talking to my grandmother, who is still living, that Nellie Maude was older than Jefferson. I also know from the bio. on Jefferson that he married Frances Virginia Sammons (Salmonds, of Bellveue, SC) on April 26, 1885. Dorothy Drew was my Great-Grand Mother, and my Grand mothers mother. That is about all I have, probably more than you wanted.
