I was born 10/5/1962 in New Orleans, La. Family very secretive about adoption. Adopted mother claims she worked for a judge at the time and had the records destroyed. Hospital of birth is represented on my birth cert as *. Adoptive family name is Smith. I am 5'11" tall, stocky build, dark hair and eyes. Have always been curious about my lineage. Don't know whether to identify with american indian, italian, who knows. I also have been told that they did not get me till sometime in Dec. 1962.
