To have any real help on a board such as this, you will have to post more details

- dates and more specific places where your people lived.

Dates for sure - especially for those living after 1860 and after, especially between 1880 & 1910 or 1920,

and counties are helpful.

Include given names for all and , maiden names for the women.

Most of the names you posted do appear on the Dawes Final Rolls. None among the Cherokee or Choctaw will appear in VA or W. VA.

If you are interested in learning some overall history and geography about some of the major southeastern Nations, take a look at - http://www.tngenweb.org/tnfirst/. . . and in general you get a better response on those board if you include some identification of yourself.

There are query boards there for the areas covered by that project. The information will include those explanations.
