Hi, neighbor! Carrie's Dawes number was #3666. The other number that you listed: #1331, was the census card that listed she and her entire family. At the time of both the Dawes and Guion Miller enrollments, she and her family were living in the Sequoyah District- at a Long, OK post office address. But that does not (necessarily) mean that her land was allotted in that District. Many times the parents selected land for their children in a more marketable area at the suggestion of some of the "land-grabbers" who were going to lease it for five years, then but it for a pittance (see "The Dawes Commission and the Five Civilized Tribes" by Kent Carter)! The last time I checked with the Ft. Worth Archives on these allotments, they took me to a room full of records and explained that they had no funds nor plans to compile them. I don't believe that the Muskogee library has all of the records, but they may have the same thing that I have: the Craig County Genealogical Society at Vinita are extracting and publishing the land ownership records based on the original Cherokee Allotment maps. They have published several indexed volumes of counties in their immediate vicinity: Craig, Washington, Nowata, Mayes, Rogers, Delaware, Wagoner and the Cherokee part of Tulsa. I don't think they have done anything in the southern counties yet, but you could check with them: PO Box 484, Vinita, OK 74301. Good luck!
