Amanda, Gayle is right. It is very unlikely that someone else will already have done the basic genealogical work that will enable you to jump back 2 or more generations. You will need to do the basic research in vital records, land, estate and tax records to work back in time from what you have been able to prove so far. If you really want answers, there is no substitute for going to the actual records in the places your ancestors lived. Work you have done yourself brings great satisfaction in fact-based genealogy.
