Hi there, not a family member, and not connected with the ebay seller. Just thought if any of these names sounded familiam to anyone they might want to check it out.

This auction is for a lost scrapbook belonging to ESTHER ARCHER of BARIUM SPRINGS, N.C. graduating from the Orphanage in 1929.The leather bound board MEMORY BOOK needs cleaning, and measures 15 3/4" X 10 1/2" X 2". The book is credited to The Samuel Ward Manufacturing Co. Boston, Mass. CR 1915. There are 14 different classifications in the album. There are some pages that are blank at the back of the album, and yet many pages full of either photos, letters, news clippings, Athletic Certificates from BARIUM SPRINGS HIGH SCHOOL. There are also some articles from Little Joe's Church Presbyterian Orphan's Home also in Barium Springs, N.C. from which Ms. Archer graduated.. There are personal notes and some of the photos are identified. Some pages are in good condition, some are fragile and ragged on the edges. A few pages are loose. There are also some very old, unique surprises in this album too!! You'll have to bid hard to see these little treasures! PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CONDITION OF THE PAGES RANGE FROM POOR TO VERY GOOD. POOR means torn folded tattered and/or fragile edges. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitiate to ask. You are buying this album of memories as is, no return, no reserve.
