Looking for information on the descendants of Luther Ed Ashby and his wife, Lydia Barker of Woodbury County, Iowa. Luther was born Dec. 1856 and died 15 Oct 1940 in Sloan, Woodbury County, Iowa. Luther and Lydia had at least 4 daughters, Amelia, Flora, Olive and Hazel. Hazel married Otto C. Oemig and had a son, Lawrence. Lawrence married a Charlotte White. Otto, Hazel and Lawrence all died in California. I have no idea about Charlotte, as I cannot find a thing after the marriage until the death record for Lawrence in Los Angeles County, California on 30 Sep 1991. Hazel and Otto both died in San Bernardino County. I cannot find anything at all on Amelia, Flora or Olive Ashby. Any help is greatly appreciated.
