BY MAGNETIC TELEGRAPH -- San Francisco, March 21 --
-Captain J.W. BAGLEY, of the brig Energy, while attempting to board his vessel last night, fell overboard. Although every effort was made to save him, he was drowned. He was a native of Belfast, Maine.
