My ancestor was Lusetta Bagley-born 1838-40 in Enosburg, Vt. She died in 1884 & is buried in Stowe, Vt. She married James M. Pixley in Bolton, Vt in 1856. He descends from William Pixley of Hadley, Mass.
Their children were: Safford (Sanford), Edgar A., & my ancestor Arthur James. After her death James M. married Carrie Woodington & lived in Wisconsin.
I have in my notes that she may have been a descendant of Samuel Bagley. Perhaps they came from Amesbury, Mass?
