No Ball/Allen marriages in my spouse cross-index for an Edna or an Isabelle/Belle. These are common names and you did not provide date or location data that might narrow down finding these sisters on a census either before or after they were married. Most of my files are pre-1900, so finding people in the 1850-1880 censuses is the easiest way to find them in my card file, if they are to be found at all.
