I'm a descendant of Richard R. Bassett(1847-1930)and Elizabeth Barton b.1830 of Phelps county MO.
Their daughter was my Ellen Margaret(1868-1944) was my gr, grandmother.
I've started a private messageboard Called CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN MO FAMILIES by myfamily.com including them. If anyone of their descendants want to join, E-mail me personally, And, I'll invite you. I just started it about a month ago, so I don't have a lot of information posted yet. Connecting with family is what this messageboard is about.
