Pierre Pigeon / John Alexander NewEngland mid1800s

This would be my great great grandfather i believe. from mid 1800's, i believe. In France, he went by Pierre Pigeon, then took on the stage name John Alexander when he came to the "America". he was in a travlling comdey show, and not sure if Pigeon was even his original name to start with. possible names of decents are Kemp, Schire, and currently Batchelder, mostly located in New England. any info would be appreciated. if you have anything to offer, please email me @ BRITPOWER@YAHOO.COM thanks.
