Can anyone kindly share information on W.K. Batchelder, a composer whose works were published by several Boston music publishers in the 1850s-60s? I'm deeply intrigued by Batchelder's compositions--some of which feature wild syncopations in the manner of the later ragtime piano music. Batchelder is composer of "Imitation of the Banjo" and other pieces. Thanks! Lars Gilbertson Pittsburgh, PA Notify Administrator about this message?
