Can anyone kindly share information on W.K. Batchelder, a composer whose works were published by several Boston music publishers in the 1850s-60s? I'm deeply intrigued by Batchelder's compositions--some of which feature wild syncopations in the manner of the later ragtime piano music. Batchelder is composer of "Imitation of the Banjo" and other pieces.
