HI Jerry. my name is emmett MCcormack.you stated you batchelor line came from tx. my grandmother was also a batchelor.her name was mary lee batchelor.she was the daughter of martin van buren batchelor and rebecca [lizzie] obar.my 2nd greatgrandfather was reubin b. batchelor.they all lived in gonzales co. tx. and dewitt co. which the 2 counties join.their is a group that lives in the hot springs area and the malvern area.anoyher group lives in the dardanelle ; yell co. area.and another group in the van buren area. and another group lives in the red river co. near texarkana. all of these groups are related. all cousins.i have lots of info on the batchelors.if you want to contact me, i can be reach at myrnamac@centurytel.net
