Someone posted a message some time ago saying his/her ancestry traced back to Basil Batchelor of New Hampshire. We have been trying to find the parents/ancestry of Anna Augusta Batchelor who married William Wilton Lindsey. I had a thought when I noticed that one of the sons of Anna and William was named George Basil and a grandson was named Basil Frederick. It struck me that Basil must be a family name and probably from the Batchelor side of the family. Who can help me find the genealogy of Basil Batchelor? Janet
