So glad to hear from you so quickly.
I did belong to the VFA about a year ago. They have my family line up to Samuel and the names of his ten children.
It would be great if they could furnish info on Andrew.

and Peggy{his wife, late Peggy Batcholler, dau of John Batcholler, deceased} Vance, of Frederick Co., Va., sell to
Henry Pritchard, of Frederick Co., Va. for 80 pounds,150 acres , whch is 1/4 of a track of land, adjoining John Cooper, John Ro{u}ssell,and the said Henry Pritchard, signed Andrew Vance and the mark of Peggy Vance in the presence of no one.
