Can someone help me out? Joseph Beall signed a petition in 1756 to divide All Saints Parish in Frederick Co. MD. Joseph Beall signed the petition as Joseph, son of Ninian. There also is a Ninian Beall Sr. who signed the petition. Are the two Ninian Bealls mentioned the same person? Joseph Beall is my husband's gggggrandfather. He had a sister named Tabitha Beall who married 1.) Charles Beall 2.) Swearingen.
