This is my husband and he was born in Daytona Beach, Florida on June 3, 1978. He was born to Robin Lee Beck and Edith Carla Garrett according to his birth certificate but he was raised by adoptive parents. We have a 6 month old daughter now and would like to find his birth parents. We're interested in medical records. If anyone has any information please respond! Thank you!
