Jack Beeson is buried in Headley churchyard,Surrey UK and today I took my niece Inge Beeson to see the gravestone plus the memorial plaques in the church and the parish hall.
Imagine my surprise when the vicar said that somebody had been enquiring about the "Beesons" only an hour earlier!!!!
Unfortunately he didn't sign the church visitors book.
According to the vicar he was driving a red Vauxhall Nova and had recently flown in to London Heath Row airport.
He told the vicar he was going to Headley Park(Thomas worked there as a bailiff from c.1908-1942)to see if he could glean any information.
My wife and I rushed to Headley Park-but no luck.
I don't know if he was a relative or....?
Here's hoping somebody will contact me
