An obituary from the Carmel Weekly Star for February 11th, 1909: Emma Hawkins Beeson, Age 35, died of Tuberculois. Residence, 1314 North Keystone Avenue. Daughter of W.J. and Harriet Hawkins. Sister of F.M. Hawkins, Mrs. Albert Kinzer and Mrs. John Teter. Survived by husband, Charles Beeson and daughter, Katherine Beeson.
