His will was recorded in Ann Arundel County, not St. Mary's County. He named two sons Thomas [Thomas the younger, Thomas the elder]. He did not name his daughter Ann, but instead called her husband Nicholas GASSAWAY his "son."

Hester was not the mother of all his children.
