Where is Tiabasy?

Found ships records for my grandfather, grandmother and dad which list Tiabasy, could also be Tiabusy, as their home town in Russia, but they are also supposed to be from Minsk.

Haven't found Tiabasy anywhere, but that is probably a phonetic spelling of their town.
