Chauncey Blakeslee's 1800's

Trying to find which Chauncey's belong to which parents. There are several that seem to have been born. Gervais Blakeslee had a son Chauncey who was born in Broome County in 1821. There is also a Chauncey Blakeslee who is listed in the 1825 census for Colesville, Broome County. It doesnt make sense to me that a four year old would be listed.
Can someone tell which Chauncey is listed ? And which parents would be his ?
