I suspect that it was not in Herkimer Co. since the earliest I have found him there is 1804 and his first child was b. ca. 1787. It is, of course, possible that he m. in New Canaan CT where he was born. His father Joseph apparently did not leave CT until after 1788. Faith Notify Administrator about this message?
