Was wondering if anyone had any information on these two. I am a descendant of theirs and recently have come across a cousin who is also their descendant and very interested in the Bowen line.
From John F M Bowen the name got changed (not on purpose) by either John or his wife Sarah to Bown. From there, their son Edward changed it yet again to Bounds. Edward Lee Bounds' (/Bowen's) daughter was my great grandmother.
