I never knew my grandfather--he died when I was a few months old. His two children were my uncle Harris Breaux Jr. and my mother Audrey Mae Breaux, born 11 years apart. I believe his father was Joe or Joseph Breaux and his mother was Emerite Bourgeois. Emerite's mother was a Clavelle. Beyond that I know very little. I tried to look into my database but could not find any child named Harris born to Joseph O'Neil Breaux and Emerite Bourgeois.
Try to find your grandfather's death act at the parish where he was buried, you may find his parents in it. Try also to give some dates (however approximate), it helps us help you in our search.
