Just to make clear, Marcelite Broussard, born Abt. 1820 was the daughter of Rosemond I Broussard and Adelania (Josephine) Broussard, she married Francois Prince.
Her grandfather, Elois Broussard\Eloy Josaphat (Joseph) Amand Broussard, Witness the marriage of Francois Prince and Rosalie Savoie.
Prince, Francois (major son of Joseph - of LaFausse Pointe & Magdeleine Bonnain) m. 1 Dec. 1806 Rosalie Savoie - of LaFourche parish (minor daughter of Amedee - of Fausse Pointe & Victoire Bourgeois) Wits: Elois Broussard, Placide Hebert. Fr. Gabriel Isabey (SM Ch.: v.5, #77).
Elois Broussard, this is Eloy Josaphat (Joseph) Amand Broussard, the father of Rosemond Broussard. He married Marie Francoise Trahan.

This is not Marcelite Broussard, born Jan. 26, 1813, the daughter of Raphael Joseph Broussard and Modeste LeBlanc.
