I am looking for information on my wife's great grandfather who was born in Colts Neck in January 1877 or 1878 and moved to Atlantic City before 1900 (probably by 1898) where he worked on artesian wells - possibly with a Frank Brower. I know there is a Benjamin Layton buried in the Colts Neck Reformed Church Cemetery, but do not know if that is relevant. Do you have any information of his parents living in the Colts Neck, Monmouth County area.
