Am still searching for information on D[ee] B[arnett] Brown (b. 26 Apr 1874 in Jackson Co., AL) He moved to Texas and married Adaline Harris. (Was in Hood Co., TX in 1900, Jack Co., in 1910 and Love Co., OK in 1920) His parents were William Rufus Brown (b. abt 1845/AL) & Susan Davis (b. abt 1848/AL) In 1880 the family was found in Jackson Co., AL. William's father looks to be Martin Brown (b. abt 1819/TN) They were found in 1850 in Marshall Co., AL. Martin's wife's name might have been Amanda.
These people are about to drive me nuts so any help would be greatly appreciated as my padded room at the funny farm isn't completed yet! You can reach me directly at panhandlekid@yahoo.com if you life.
