I am seeking information on the parents of Patrick Browne. He married Margaret Birmingham (daughter of Edward "Redmond" Birmingham and Mary Kennedy) on January 25, 1863 at the parish of St. Bartholomew in London. Their marriage certificate claims Patrick was 21 at the time of his marriage and that his father James Browne was deceased. Patrick died in 1889 in New York City.
I am looking for information on his parents. I don't know if James was from England or not. He may have come from Galway, Ireland.
Does anyone have any information on this line?
