Hello Amber, I am also a Cackler but have not been able to trace my great grandparents. approx. 18 mo. ago, my husband and I visited Streetsboro, Ohio, and an old homestead and cemetary on Cackler Road. Is this your road? I was born and reared in Oklahoma and my father was born in Illinois. My great grandfather was William Ira Cackler. We drove down the length of Cackler Road while in Streetsboro and we visited with the Quinn family that showed us through the old homestead. Do you know if they still live in the old house? I have lived in Cushing, OK my entire life. I hope I am not boring you with all this but I believe that I have discovered there is a Cackler Road in Delaware, OHio. Sincerely, Nadyne Cackler Smith
