Coucill (Cassel?) family bible 1804-up

Our family recently found out we are Cassels. Descendant of Hupert Cassel b.Aug 13, 1751. Our family has had a 200 year old "Coucill/Cowcill?" family bible in our possesion for as long as my aunt can remember. Would anyone happen to know if this is a variation of Cassel? I have not found much online when looking up the spelling Coucill except a very few sites with Austrialian ancestors but none this early. I believe this bible is either from PA or NJ as it was printed in NJ and our family is from Pennsylvania. Anyone who may be able to help the names of the individuals listed in the back of the bible are below....Bible was printed in 1804.
Thank You!
Tracy
