From the funeral card of Amanda Cassel: "Yourself and family are respectfully invited to attend the funeral of Amanda, wife of David Cassel from her late residence in Lower Salford on the tenth day of July 1917 at nine o'clock a.m. at the house. 10:30 at church. Interment at Plain Mennonite Church. Died July 6 aged 73 years, 4 mos 8 days. Carriages will meet trolley at Lansdale at 10 a.m. (H. B. Shisler, Funeral Director, Harleysville, Pa)
