I have Sarah Jane Cassell's parents as John Cassell b. 13 Mar 1766, Frederick Co., Md., d. 14 Nov 1855 in Carroll Co., Md. and Maria Magdalena "Mollie" Decker b. 28 Jul 1768, Baltimore, Baltimore Co., Md., d. 16 Apr 1832 in Maryland. I have 9 children listed for John and Mollie. Both John and Mollie are buried in the Cassell Family Cemetery on Adam's Mill Rd. in Wakefield, Carroll Co., Md.I found John Jacob Cassell and Ann Margaret Bremker, m. 1762, to be the parents of John Cassell. He appears to have been one of 11 children. John Jacob Cassell was a son of Johannes Heinrich Cassell, prob. the immigrant ancestor though I have not researched that far. I am descended from Abraham Baile's sister Elizabeth Baile Leister and from two children of his grandparents (his mother Catherine Haines b. 25 Apr 1751 parents)Johan Georg Anton Heintz (altered to "Anthony Haines") and Appolonia Weisel.Abraham's father Peter Baile founded the Baile line in Maryland while Peter Baile's sister Anna Maria Elizabeth Baile married Johann Henrich "Henry" Nicodemus and founded the Nicodemus line in Maryland and who have lived in the same neighborhood as the Bailes for many generations.
