I am looking for parents and other ancestors of Samuel James Castle b. 18 Jul 1866 in Lapeer County, MI. He m. my great-aunt Jeanetta (Nettie) Fickies in Saginaw County, MI in 1887. He d. 7 Aug 1948 in Flint, MI. The information I have says that the family moved to Clinton County, MI when he was very young and he attended school there. I know that he had at least one brother, A.C.(Alston C.)Castle. Sam and his nephew, also A.C., owned a harness and horse goods store in Chesaning, MI in 1897. I recently found the info about the Samuel Castle who m. Martha Seeley and wondered if Samuel J.was a descendant of theirs. If so, he is also related to my family. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
