I have been doing research on the Castle families who migratedt to Ontario County for a few years and I have not found a Benjamin. As you may know, in 1810, a related line of Castles settled in Parma, Monroe County. I did a quick check of the censuses 1840-1850 and found nothing. The Rundell Library in Rochester is a good source of other genealogy records.
