I am trying to trace my mothers side of the family - with very little luck. *Castle*
My grandfather died about 1954/55 he was 55yrs old. Not sure if he was Thomas Henry Castle or Vernon Castle. He was married to Hilda Baines. Their children were Marie (my mother) Shirley Betty Joyce and Roy. Hilda also had an older boy Wilfred born out of wedlock.
My grandparents lived in Barlby near Selby Yorkshire. Marie married Gorden Routh in 1946 (my parents)- and then Dennis Tomlinson many years later.
I would be very gratful for any info.
