Harvey T. Castle, son of Samuel J. and Permelia Castle, was born in Bennington, Wyoming Co., NY, in 1842. He served in Company B, 17th PA Cavalry through the last three years of the civil war. He came to Castile, Wyoming Co., NY in 1869, where he was married the following year to Miss ELIZA B. POTTER, of the same place. He is a carpenter and joiner.
