I have found a John G. Caustuo in Harrison co. Indiana in the 1830 census. This man was between 70-80 years of age, a female the same, then a 10-15 year old female. Harrison co. is across the Ohio from Louisville, Ky. The name could actually be a misspelling of Casto. Anyone ever heard about this man before?
