Just saw your message on GenForum. There are at least 37 different spellings of the Cornish name, Chynouth. Chenoweth is the most common one in America, but it can be spelled many ways.

I think if your library has the Harris book, it will give you the information you need. If not, E-mail me at adele@socket.net and I will try to answer your questions.
