Daniel:

The Chenoweths in Franklin Co. were Thomas, Jr. and his brother Elijah (Pleasant twp). These were sons of Thomas(2) and they settled there about 1798. Both have long lines of descendants found at chenowethsite.com There is a narrative description of most Chenoweth settlements in Ohio on a page found at the site called "places they lived".

In 1840 my great great grandfather was living in Circleville, Pickaway Co. In the 1860 Census in Pickaway Co., Darby twp., Thomas Chenoweth and his wife Margaret Emily Graham and John Wesley and his wife Mary Elizbeth Graham are found, both s/o the foremented Elijah Chenoweth.

There were several Chenoweths in Fayette Co. About 1905 Robert W. Deyo married Gertrude Boyd an great granddaughter of Joseph Chenoweh. Joseph was another s/o Elijah's from Franklin Co., but this of course is much latter.
