I am looking for information on this family. My wife's
g-grandmom was Rose Alma Comeau, who I think is the child of
John A. He is list on the 1871 Digby census and Rose is 12
at that time. Rose later married a Stephen Muise and lived
in Bear River. In 1871 John A. is enumerated in Church Point, NS, with his family. Rose and Stephen seperated after 1891 and she went to Advocate Harbour/ Spencer's Island area. Then came to the U.S. about 1905 and lived in Woburn, MA. She died in 1913 of TB at 54 years of age.
Sorry we missed the big family reunion this past summer.
