Dear Danielle,
My name is Diana and I am a decendant of Joseph Comeau, through Louis, then Arthur Comeau. As far as I know about Obline, she was living in Oklahoma, according to the 1900 and 1910 Census. Not in Alberta. And had 4 children, only 2 survived.
Several of Joseph Comeau's and Flore Doucet's children left Kansas in 1894 to live in either Villeneuve, and Riviere-Que-Barre, Alberta. Of their children that I know of to leave Kansas were:
Moise Comeau and his family.
Ludger Comeau and his family
Louis Comeau and his family. This was my GG Grandfather.
Onisime Comeau and his family.
Edouard Comeau and his family.
My Grandfather was born in Villeneuve, 2 miles from where I grew up. I do not recall that place that you named near Morinville, Alberta, Canada.
