APPOINTED -- Mr. C.J. NEWCOMB, of this city, and Capt. E.C. CONKLIN, of the steamer J. Bragdon, have received appointments as Suttlers in the 3rd Regiment Infantry Volunteers, and will leave with the regiment for Salt Lake City in the early part of May.
