Still researching Elias Conklin 1781 New York married Frances ? parents of Jesse Conklin ca 1814 NY married Priscilla Brown Pierce. I have seen it listed that Elias died in IA in 1852 but there is a Elias Conklin 69 NY and Frances 66 NY listed on the 1850 Ray Co, Mo census where Jesse and Priscilla are found. Is this the same Elias and Frances? and where did they die? Did they return to IA? Thanks for any help, K
