Yes, Elias and Frances Conklin are the parents of Jesse Conklin. They are my 3xg-grandparents. My gg-grandfather was Ephriam Conklin. I believe all of this line of Conklins lived in MO in the mid 1800's. There are a lot of marriages in Ray Co., MO---Ephriam, Jesse, Thurza, Eli. They moved to Iowa by the 1880 census. My g-grandfather was Nelson D. Conklin. He was born in Iowa. Elias and Frances are buried in the Conklin Cemetery in Sandyville, IA. I have seen pictures of the little cemetery---only 31 people are supposedly buried here. I am going to Iowa in October and plan to visit the cemetery, if I can find it.

I have a lot of unidentied pictures that were my grandmothers, and I'm still trying to figure out who they are.
