Andrew Correll died intestate in Botetourt County in or before 1826. He left a wife and ten children (5 sons and 5 daughters). At the time of his death he owned a 328-acre tract of land. The sale of this land is recorded in Botetourt County (VA) Deed Book #17, page 170. It lists all 10 children and the spouses of those who were married at that time. These children were:
1. John Correll and Deby, his wife [Deborah Rader]
2. Michael Correll and Ruth ... [Ruth Turpin]
3. Mary C. Correll and Nicholas Kern
4. Barbara Correll and Ellis Long
5. Andrew Correll
6. Elizabeth Correll and Benjamin Beamer
7. Samuel Correll
8. Anny [Ann] Correll
9. Frances Correll
10. Moses Correll and Nancy ... [Nancy Hartman]

There is also a settlement of Andrew Correll's Estate to be found in Will Book D, page 416+.

The Will of Elizabeth Correll made on the 18th October 1830 is recorded in Floyd County Will Book 1, page 3. In it she leaves "to my daughter ANN BRIGHT my plantation in Montgomery County ..." Bequests are also made to "my daughter ANN BRIGHT, my granddaughter Emily Beamer, and my granddaughter Elizabeth John BABER in and after the following manner, viz: all the part of my estate real and personal herein mentioned and devised to my daughter ANN BRIGHT is to be at her own disposal to do with as she may think proper for her own benefit, but not to be subject to the disposal of her husband George Bright nor his heirs in any way excepting so willed by my daughter Ann Bright nor is it nor any part of it to be subject to the payment of this said George Bright's debts in any way whatever. ..." She then named her son-in-law GEORGE BRIGHT as executor of her will. The Will was filed for probate 20 Feb. 1832.

The Will of Ann Bright is also in Floyd County -- Will Book C, p.591 in which she mentions her daughter Mary J. Bright, daughter Frances A. Bowes and her husband William Bowes, and daughter Elizabeth C. Turner and her husband James C. Turner.

Hope this is helpful to you.
